1.Paul Biya(Paul Barthélemy Biya'a bi Mvondo,given birth to on the13th of February 1933) is a Cameroonian who has been the President of Cameroon since 6 November 1982. He was Prime Minister of Cameroon from 30 June 1975 to 6 November 1982.He is the incumbent president of Cameroon from 1982 to date. Ruling for 42 years and some days.

2.Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo(born 5 June 1942) is an Equatoguinean politician who has been President of Equatorial Guinea since 1979. He ousted his uncle,Francisco Macías Nguema, in an August 1979 military coup and has overseen Equatorial Guinea's emergence as an important oil producer, beginning in the 1990s. Obiang was Chairperson of the African Union from 31 January 2011 to 29 January 2012. He is the second longest-serving leader in the world.He has been in power for 38 years.

3.José Eduardo dos Santos born 28 August 1942) is an Angolan politician who has been President of Angola since 1979. As President, José Eduardo dos Santos is also the commander in chief of the Angolan Armed Forces(FAA) and president of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), the party that has ruled Angola since it gained independence in 1975.He is the second-longest-serving President in Africa, surpassed only by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea, who took power less than two months before dos Santos.He has been in power for 38 years and some days.

4.Robert Gabriel Mugabe born 21 February 1924) is a Zimbabwean revolutionary and politician who has been President of Zimbabwe since 1987; he previously led Zimbabwe as Prime Minister from 1980 to 1987. He chaired the Zimbabwe African National Union(ZANU) group from 1975 to 1980 and has led its successor political party, theZANU - Patriotic Front(ZANU–PF), since 1980. Ideologically anAfrican nationalist, during the 1970s and 1980s he identified as a Marxist-Leninistal though after the 1990s self-identified only as a socialist; his policies have been described as Mugabeism. 5.Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei born 17 July 1939) is amarja and the second and current Supreme Leader of Iran.Khamenei succeeded the first Supreme Leader,Ruhollah Khomeini, after Khomeini's death, being elected as the new Supreme Leader by theAssembly of Experts on 4 June 1989 at the age of 49. His political career began after the Iranian Revolution, when the former President of Iran,Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, then a confidant of Khomeini, brought Khamenei into Khomeini's inner circle.Later on, the current President of Iran,Hassan Rouhani, then a member of Parliament, arranged for Khamenei to get his first major post in the provisional revolutionary government as deputy defense minister.Khamenei then went to serve as the third President of Iran from 1981 to 1989 while becoming a close ally to Khomeini. Eventually, after Khomeini had a fall off with then heir-apparent Hussein Ali Montazeri, Rafsanjani claimed that Khomeini had chosen Khamenei as his successor while the Assembly of Experts deliberated to elect the next Supreme Leader. 6.Nursultan Äbishuly Nazarbayev (born 6 July 1940) is the President of Kazakhstan. He has been the country's leader since 1989, when he was named First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR, and was elected the nation's first president following its independence from the Soviet Union in December 1991. He holds the title 'Leader of the Nation'.In April 2015, Nazarbayevwas re-elected with almost 98% of the vote.He has been in power for 33 yearsand some days.

10.Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir(born1 January1944) is a Sudanese politician, the seventh president of Sudan and head of the National Congress Party. He came to power in 1989 when, as a brigadier in the Sudanese Army, he led a group of officers in a military coup that ousted the democratically elected government of prime minister Sadiq al-Mahdi after it began negotiations with rebels in the south.Since then, he has been elected three times as President in elections that have been under scrutiny for corruption.In March 2009, al-Bashir became the first sitting president to be indicted by the International Criminal Court(ICC), for allegedly directing a campaign of mass killing,rape, and pillage against civilians in Darfur.He has been in power for 28 years.
